Nikki Smilak, Ph.D., BCBA
Nikki is the founder and director of Encompass International Inc. Through living in multiple African countries and seeing the lack of services available to special needs populations, Nikki returned to the US to get a higher education that could affect change. She earned her Master’s of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2019 and her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College.
Nathanael Camp
Nathanael is the founder and chief marketing officer for Encompass International Inc. He is from Wichita, Kansas and attended Wichita State University where he studied social work. After working as a behavior technician in Michigan and seeing huge positive changes in the kids he worked with, he was ready to see the difference that behavior analysis could make in the lives of others around the world.
